How to change date of birth in PAN card?

1. Visit the Digital India Portal  website..
2. Select the 'Change/Correction in PAN card details'.
3. Enter the 'PAN Card' number, fill in the other details, and click the 'Submit' button.
4. Enter the required details on the form.
5. Enter the changed/updated name.
